Paddock Home Builders prefers to design what we build. We can take your ideas from a scratch-pad (or from plans) and turn them into a home you've always dreamed of. We've been designing homes since 1988 and find that the more involved we are during the design stage, the smoother the project goes.
If you provide us with your own set of plans, there's a chance they could be incomplete or may not meet some of the many local building codes. Your project could then be delayed and may cost you extra to modify the design.
