Our Team works with you from the planning stage through finished construction. We design what we build and we haven’t built the same custom house twice. We have home sites available – visit Knolls at Grass Lake subdivision- or we will build on your selected home site. Over the years, we have established working relationships with premium subcontractors to assure that your home will meet your highest expectations. We also have lots, remodeled homes, and spec homes in inventory, which are available immediately.
Theo Paddock is a Certified Graduate Remodelor, Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist, Certified Green Professional, and is a past Chairman of the Livingston County Remodelors Council. In 2003, he was appointed to the MAHB Remodelors Council Board for the State of Michigan. Theo has earned the distinction of Graduate Master Builder and has written many articles on remodeling that have been published in Cranes Detroit Business Weekly, Livingston County Press and Argus, and the Livingston County Newcomer, to name a few. He will oversee your entire project from start to finish.
